Bei diesen Geräten handelt es sich um einzelne Optokoppler. Jeder Kanal besteht aus einer Gallium-Arsenid-Infrarot-Diode und einem Silizium-Fototransistor. Die Gehäuseausführungen für diese Geräte sind 4-polig mit Oberflächenmontage, Butt Cut und Gull Wing-Optionen erhältlich. Für jeden Kanal jedes nachstehend aufgezeigten Geräts werden dieselben elektrischen Matrizen, Montageverfahren und Materialien verwendet. Daher sind die absoluten Höchstwerte, die empfohlenen Betriebsbedingungen, die elektrischen Spezifikationen und die Leistungsmerkmale für alle Geräte gleich. Ausnahmen aufgrund von Verpackungsvarianten und Einschränkungen sind aufgeführt.
