Elektrolytkondensatoren der Serie ASM 021 von Vishay bestehen aus einem zylindrischen Aluminiumgehäuse, das mit einer blauen Hülse isoliert ist. Diese Elektrolytkondensatoren verfügen über einen nicht massiven Elektrolyt und sind lade- und entladesicher. Die 021-ASM-Elektrolytkondensatoren verfügen über eine lange Lebensdauer zwischen 2500 und 8000 Stunden bei +85 °C.
