4,7-Ω–19,6-Ω-Präzisionswiderstände 0805 der Serie CPF von TE Connectivity
Die Präzisionswiderstände der Serie CPF von TE Connectivity bestehen aus einem Aluminiumsubstrat mit einer Widerstandsschicht aus Ni-Chrom (NiCr). Sie haben eine galvanisierte Zinnoberfläche, die 100 % matt ist. Diese Chip-Widerstände, die in einer Reihe von Standardgehäusegrößen erhältlich sind, haben einheitliche, genaue Abmessungen, die eine einfache Platzierung ermöglichen.
Die Dünnschichtwiderstände der Serie CPF von TE Connectivity bieten hohe Stabilität und äußerste Genauigkeit. Diese Chip-Widerstände haben Widerstandstoleranzen bis 0,1 % und Temperaturwiderstandskoeffizientwerte (TCR) bis 15 ppm/°C.
