Widerstand Format 2515, Serie RCP
Die Dickschicht-Widerstände der Serie RCP von Vishay verfügen über ein stabiles dickes Widerstandselement auf einem Aluminiumnitrid (AIN) -Substrat mit einer Epoxidharz-Kapselung. Die Dickschicht-Widerstände der Serie RCP bieten eine besonders hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit mit kleinen Gehäuseabmessungen und haben einen Betriebstemperaturbereich von –55 °C bis +155 °C. Diese Dickschicht-Widerstände sind optimiert für hohe Leistung in Luftfahrt-, Militär-, Industrie- und Telekommunikationssystemen.
