Professionelle Dünnschichtwiderstände mit Anschlussdrähten
Ein homogener Metalllegierungsfilm wird auf einem hochwertigen Keramikkörper abgelagert. Nachdem eine spiralförmige Nut in die ohmsche Schicht geschnitten wurde, werden verzinnte Verbindungsdrähte aus elektrolytischem Kupfer an die Endkappen geschweißt. Die Widerstände sind mit Lack beschichtet, der elektrischen, mechanischen und klimatischen Schutz bietet. Vier oder fünf Farbcode-Ringe bezeichnen den Widerstandswert und die Toleranz gemäß IEC 60062. Geeignete Ersatzteile für MRS16 und MRS25 sind MBA/SMA 0204 und MBB/SMA 0207 Professional.
