Der nRF51822 von Nordic Semiconductors ist ein 2,4 GHz Multi-Protokoll HF-Transceiver für Bluetooth Smart und NordicGazell-Protokollstapel-Anwendungen. Er umfasst einen HF-Transceiver, einen ARM Cortex-M0 Core-Mikrocontroller, Flash-Speicher und analoge/digitale Peripheriegeräte auf einem einfachen QFN48-Chip. Das Gazell-Protokoll ist kompatibel mit den Transceivern der Serie nRF24L.
