Dual-Band Funkplatine EFR32MG1 Mighty Gecko 2,4 GHz / 868 MHz
Die Mighty Gecko-SLWRB4150A-Funkplatine EFR32 von Silicon Labs unterstützt Dual-Band-Betrieb dank der integrierten Sub-1-GHz- und 2,4-GHz-ISM-Band-Transceiver. Sie wurde für den Einsatz mit einer BRD4001A-Hauptplatine entwickelt, die im Lieferumfang des SLWSTK6000A Wireless-Starterkits enthalten ist, Best.-Nr. 915-6604. Das Starterkit ist erforderlich, um Zugriff auf die ZigBee®- und Thread-Software-Stacks zu erhalten.
• SoC mit 256 KB Flash-Speicher, 32 KB RAM, mit Cortex-M4F-Kern EFR32MG1 (EFR32MG1P233F256GM48)
