The Renesas Electronics F2923 series RF switch is a low insertion loss 50Ω SP2T (SPDT) absorptive RF Switch designed for a multitude of wireless and other RF applications. It has 20 lead count and has VFQFPN package type.

Supports 1.8 V and 3.3 V control logic
